Feminism in Japan

A wiki about our learning about Japanese Feminism in Tomomi and Norma's class

Topics

General Links

  • have topic-specific links on their respective pages, perhaps?

Chronology (an idea, do we need a globalized one?)

  • 1945: End of World War II
  • 1950: Korean War begins
  • 1952: American occupation ends
  • 1960: Security treaty renewal
  • 1973: Oil shock

A Quick Note: Ok kids, I threw up links to blank pages under the "Topics" page. If you don't like how I organized things, change it! Seriously, I just wanted to get things up as quick as possible. If you don't know how to make something bold or make a headline, etc, look it up on the Wiki Style page, it's at the top right corner of the editing page. There's a "Files" page to upload files if you are so inclined.

Create new pages at will.

Changes to the wiki show up on the "Changes" page if you want to see how other people are coming along.

Also, the "Preview" button is your friend. -Cat

Reminder: We're meeting Friday at 7 in the A-level because we have no lives.

Have something significant accomplished by then...

  • Need to quickly learn how to use bold, italics, tables, and more? Check out our wiki style page!

  • Start playing around with your own wiki! Click the Edit this page button either above or below!

  • Create a new page (2 ways)
    • First, you can type a word with SeveralCapitalLetters (or even type NewPage), which will automatically create a link to that page! A dashed underline means the page doesn't exist yet.
    • Second, you can put [brackets] around any word to create a new page. For example, if you wanted a page named cars, you could just type [cars].
